Bid workspace

Drop in a solicitation. Read the workspace.

Draftwrangler’s doc-ingest pipeline turns a solicitation package — PDF, DOCX, XLSX, or plain text, up to 100MB — into a structured bid workspace stored in Postgres with the source files attached. Opportunity summary, CLIN schedule, page-cited requirements, severity-tagged risks, missing-information flags, and a 0–100 workflow-readiness score.

Analyze a solicitation
Drop a PDF, DOCX, XLSX, or TXT up to 100MB. The doc-ingest pipeline extracts the text, parses structured artifacts from it, and stores them with the source files.

Do not upload CUI, ITAR-controlled technical data, classified information, or other restricted material. Unknown facts stay flagged Not Found / Needs Human Review— nothing is invented.

How scoring works
Workflow readiness, not P_win.
  1. Base 30 — a starting point so an empty document isn’t a zero by default.
  2. +10/field — up to 60 for present solicitation #, NAICS, set-aside, posted / response date, and estimated value.
  3. +10 / +15 CLINs — one CLIN earns +10, three or more earns +5 more.
  4. +10 / +15 requirements — three ‘shall / must / will’ statements earn +10, eight or more earn +5 more.
  5. −3 / risk — capped at −15.
  6. −3 / missing — capped at −15.
